 Applicants must be able to reliably commute daily and arrive on time for scheduled normal business hours. Candidates with commutes longer than 40 minutes in typical traffic should plan to relocate before the start date (no relocation assistance).. English proficiency is essential for higher positions. Enthusiasm and the right attitude are mandatory for all levels.

LEVEL D / APPRENTICE: The Foundation

• You are here if: You are "Green" but hungry. You may be fresh out of trade school or have limited shop experience. You can perform General Service tasks (Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Fluids) and keep the shop clean.
• The Mindset: You understand that safety and shop hygiene come first. You are a sponge willing to listen, watch, and learn from the senior techs without ego.
• Our Offer: We don’t just hire you to change oil; we hire you to build a career. We provide a structured path to get you to Level C (Maintenance Tech) as fast as your dedication allows.

LEVEL C: The Maintenance Specialist

• You are here if: You can independently perform brake jobs, suspension work, and fluid services without supervision. You are productive and fast with your hands.
• The Gap: You still need help diagnosing Check Engine lights or electrical issues.
• Our Offer: We will sharpen your efficiency and introduce you to basic diagnostics.

 LEVEL B: The Problem Solver | General Repair Master

• You are here if: You own professional tools. You have mastered most vehicle systems and confidently handle Heavy Line work independently: Timing Belts, Timing Chains, Head Gaskets, and Engine Swaps. You diagnose and repair accurately without guessing.
• The Gap: You are mechanically fearless, but you want to master Advanced Diagnostics (Oscilloscopes, CAN-Bus, Programming) and move into a mentorship role.
• Our Offer: We are looking for Level Bs with Level A ambition. We provide the training, the lab scopes, and a steady stream of complex repairs to turn you into a Master Tech.

LEVEL A: The Master Technician & Shop Leader

• You are here if: You have mastered all vehicle systems, from internal engine mechanical to advanced electrical and electronic systems. You prove failures scientifically using Lab Scopes and Waveform Analysis, not just code readers. You possess strong leadership and communication skills, and you are comfortable explaining complex technical issues on a customer friendly manner.
• The Standard: You don’t just fix cars; you elevate the shop. You specialize in complex diagnostics (CAN-Bus, Programming, Hybrids) and actively mentor and train the Level B and C technicians.
